Sleep
When you wear the smartwatch to sleep, it will record your sleep state. Including sleep duration, light sleep and deep sleep. Refresh APP data after waking up to check sleep quality.
Heart Rate
You can go into the screen to see the trend of heart rate, and you can see the heart rate overview.
If you want your watch to alert you when your Heart Rate is abnormal, turn on "Heart Rate alert" at the bottom of the page.
Blood pressure
You can go into the screen to see the trend of blood pressure, and you can see the blood pressure profile.
Blood oxygen
This page mainly analyzes the indicators of blood oxygen, including the record of apnea.
If you want your smartwatch to alert you to low blood oxygen, open 'Hypoxia and arousal' at the bottom of the page and allow it to function.
HRV
HRV trends will be recorded here. There are also some reference pictures to provide you with reference.
ECG
Note: When the smartwatch detects the ECG, the data is not uploaded to the APP. The APP test data will be recorded here.
