A magnetic charging cable is included with the watch for charging. You then hold the connector to the back of your watch, let the magnets snap into place, and 'charging' will appear on your watch.
Yes, once you turn on the text notification on the App, you can read the text messages on the watch or wristband.
Your steps are automatically recorded by the tracker. Data will also be synced to the app after it is paired with the device.

ECG/EKG (Electrocardiogram)
An electrocardiogram (ECG) uses an electrocardiograph to record the patterns of changes in electrical activity produced by the heart during each cardiac cycle from the surface of the body.
The watch or wristband should be worn on the left wrist, with your arms flat on the table and your right-hand finger pressed against the electrode pads. Straps should be adjusted so they are not too tight or loose. Turn on ECG monitoring mode and keep your arm steady.You can save your record in order to check detailed information after the process is completed.
Blood Oxygen Level Measurement
Make sure you enter your personal information correctly in the App. Watches should be worn 1.5-2.5 cm below the wrist bone. Straps should be adjusted so they are not too tight or loose. Turn on blood oxygen monitoring mode and keep your arm steady. You have to wait for 10 to 15 seconds for the data to be displayed when the watch is worn on the wrist.
Sleep Tracking
The sensor tracks the oxygen content of the blood on a graph, and yes, it does track blood oxygen when you fall asleep. When you turn on the hypoxia alert in the settings, it will wake you when your oxygen level drops below a certain point.
Yes, it tracks sleep stages and provides analysis on how well you slept.
